13,000 sea animals from 650 species live at this vast aquarium. The noteworthy outline of the building takes after a wave and is one of the world's biggest aquariums. The star peculiarity of the aquarium are a few transparent acrylic passages which go through the tanks so guests can stroll through as sharks and fish swim around them on all sides. The aquarium is centered around Australian marine life and the presentations are in 60 tanks isolated into 14 themed segments. The aquarium is home to two of just 6 surviving dugongs. 

The areas in the aquarium includes Streams and Billabongs; Sydney Harbour; Rocky Shores; Bay of Rays; Mangrove Swamps; South Coast Shipwreck; SAWS and CLAWS; Dugong Island; Sharks and the world's largest Great Barrier Reef display. An Interactive Zone lets visitors hold and nourish a percentage of the water animals at the Discovery Rock Pool. In case you're 5 years of age or more established you can snorkel in a transparent walled in area inside the shark tank! Different exercises on offer at an extra expense are off camera visits and plunging with the sharks. 

There are every day discusses the diverse sea animals and feedings. Visitors can see the sharks being encouraged consistently at 11:00 or sustain the sharks themselves from a glass base watercraft. At 15:00 consistently you can see the penguins being nourished.
